Service Operation Policy
1. General Principles
- A user's access to our services may be restricted with the term determined by the type of the user's offense and account, and the restriction will cover all of our services accessed by that account.
- PLAYLINKS Co., Ltd. may suspend a user presumed to have committed an action subject to punitive measures after a GM monitors and reviews the circumstances upon receiving a report through customer support or other channels.
- Even if the user's action is not explicitly listed as one of the offenses subject to punitive measures, if it still violates our terms of service, we may suspend access to our services per our service usage policy.
- If the user has generated or acquired in-game currency, experience, points, items, and other similar things ("Content") through actions or methods subject to punitive measures, we may confiscate or reset the generated or acquired Content in addition to suspending the user's access to our services. Also, if there is reasonable doubt of the user participating in an illegal activity such as receiving Content generated or acquired through actions or methods subject to punitive measures, we may confiscate or reset the generated or acquired Content in addition to suspending the user's access to our services.
- Since the suspension of access to our services will start after confirming the user's possible offense, the timing of the offense and the suspension may differ, and if the user requests account deletion, access to our services may be restricted or denied until the suspension period expires.
- The account will not be suspended if there is insufficient objective evidence or if the user account has already been suspended or deleted. However, if our investigation identifies a more serious offense warranting punitive measures or additional repetitive/habitual violations, further punitive measures may be taken even if the account is already in suspension.
